A singular expression of Biancu Gentile—a rare Corsican native grape more aromatic and textured than Vermentinu—from one of the island's most remote estates. Manu Venturi farms biodynamically (Demeter-certified since 2020) at 400 meters elevation in central Corsica, surrounded by forests and mountains. Just 19 indigenous varieties grow across the 25 planted hectares, interplanted with sheep, chickens, horses, and cows. This white ferments with extended skin contact and indigenous yeasts, then ages 11 months in egg-shaped concrete on the lees. Tropical fruit, intense florals, lovely bitters, minerality throughout. A window into Corsica's viticultural heritage, untouched by international influence.
