Raphaël Coche manages the 9-hectare estate across six communes, following generations of winemaking that began in the 1920s. This Auxey-Duresses Rouge, a Pinot Noir village wine from Côte de Beaune, shows the house restraint: balanced, elegant, unwilling to shout.
