Envínate is four friends, Laura Ramos, José Martínez, Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente, who met studying oenology at the University Miguel Hernández in Alicante. They split up to live in the places they work: Alfonso in Ribeira Sacra (Lousas), Roberto in Tenerife (Táganan, Benje), Laura and José in Almansa (Albahra). Working with old local growers and traditional methods, they bottle clear, precise expressions of each parcel in tiny quantities. When a release lands, it disappears fast.
