"The 2022 Mâcon-Fuissé, from vines located at 400m altitude on shale soils over clay, is matured in 60% vat and 40% in 600-liter demi-muids. This is effervescent on the nose with apricot and peach skin, very pure and welldefined, with light meringue hints. The palate is well-balanced and nicely structured. There's a gentle grip in the mouth. Stem ginger intermixes with Clementine and citrus fruit on the finish. Recommended."" -Vinous
