Filipa Pato grew up inside one of Portugal's most legendary wine families, but in Bairrada she's built a legend of her own. This is her Atlantic calling card: a blend of native Bical and Arinto off chalky limestone soils, farmed organically and biodynamically and fermented with wild yeasts. "Dinamica" is the bright, easygoing side of the house, all energy and salinity with no fuss. Cold ocean winds keep everything taut and mineral, and the price tastes like a steal. Pour it cold and let the freshness do the work.
