Five Farms is Irish cream made the way it ought to be. The cream comes from five family dairy farms in West Cork and is blended with Irish whiskey within 48 hours of collection, at a dairy in Fermoy, County Cork. It carries about 10 percent whiskey, which its founder says is roughly ten times the norm for the category, so it actually tastes like whiskey and fresh cream rather than sugar. Small batch, farm-to-table, and dangerously easy to drink. Irish cream, elevated.

Perfect Pairings

Pour over ice, or into coffee, cold brew or hot chocolate. Excellent in an Espresso Martini or a Mudslide. After dinner it goes with chocolate cake, sticky toffee pudding, tiramisu, or simply a bowl of berries and shortbread.

Tasting Profile

Fresh cream and vanilla on the nose, with cocoa and a clear whiskey note underneath. Full-bodied and thick on the palate, sweet but balanced by the whiskey's warmth — at 17% it carries more spirit than most cream liqueurs, so it never goes flabby. Long, chocolatey, gently boozy finish.
