Florent Cosme is one of the rising stars of Vouvray, crafting site-specific Chenin Blanc with a focus on purity and balance. Grosse Pierre, named for the large limestone rocks in the vineyard, is sourced from old vines on clay-limestone soils, giving it both richness and precision. The 2023 vintage, marked by fresh acidity and excellent ripeness, highlights the layered complexity that makes Vouvray so compelling.

Golden apple, pear, and Meyer lemon lead, with hints of honeysuckle, wet stone, and subtle spice from lees aging.
