Genot-Boulanger is one of those under-the-radar Burgundy producers who help keep good white Burgundy in steady supply, and the Clos du Cromin is a lovely, characterful Meursault. The domaine is based in Meursault with holdings all over the Cote d'Or, and for years Clos du Cromin was the only parcel of the village they owned. It sits on the hillside bordering Volnay. Expect the classic Meursault combination of richness and freshness, ready to enjoy with just a little air.

Antonio Galloni

91 points

"The 2023 Meursault Clos du Cromin has an expressive nose with hints of lavender infusing the citrus fruit. It's quite vibrant compared to its peers. The palate is medium-bodied with a citrus-fresh entry. Touches of tangerine, apricot and a twist of sour lemon enliven the finish. Maybe not long-term, but this is a well-crafted Meursault." —Neal Martin
