There is only one official Dark 'n Stormy, and Gosling's owns it — trademark and all. This is that drink, canned: Black Seal rum and Gosling's own ginger beer, mixed and sealed so you don't have to do the bar work. Dark rum's molasses and butterscotch run straight into a sharp, spicy ginger bite, and the whole thing lands where a good highball should — refreshing, a little bracing, not sweet enough to wear you out. Serve it very cold, over ice if you've got it, with a lime wedge if you're feeling formal. It's a cooler, boat, porch and beach drink, and it's completely honest about that.
