"Saint Siffrein's 2021 Chateauneuf du Pape is rather light in hue, but it boasts attractive black cherry compote aromas, plus hints of cedar and vanilla. Mainly matured in foudres, this blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault is full-bodied, expansive and supple, then slightly woody and astringent on the finish.
