Do The Rye Thing is Hudson Whiskey’s love letter to bold American rye—but with a distinctly New York spin. Distilled from 95% rye and aged in new charred oak, it’s full of classic spice and warmth, but polished enough for easy sipping.

You’ll get cinnamon, clove, orange peel, and a little brown sugar on the nose, followed by a smooth, spicy palate and a finish that lingers with just the right amount of kick. It’s assertive, but not aggressive—a perfect rye for classic cocktails (Manhattan, anyone?) or a slow sip over ice.
