Salvo Foti and the I Custodi team are guardians of Mount Etna's winemaking heritage, safeguarding 18.5 hectares of old alberello vines planted between 600 and 900 meters on stone terraces. Their reds (Nerello Mascalese and Cappuccio) and whites (Carricante) carry the volcanic character and tradition of this legendary terrain. These are wild Mount Etna wines with purity and soul.
