The 2024 is fresh and direct, with ripe pear, lemon curd, and a quiet mineral spine. Founded in 1859, Jadot is one of Burgundy's great estates and négociants, with 600 acres scattered across the region's best vineyards—Chablis to Moulin-à-Vent.
