Clothilde Lafarge's homage to her grandfather Michel Lafarge.  Equal parts Pinot Noir and Gamay coplanted -  from the estate's oldest vines from the top of the vineyard, this cuvée was produced in just two 500-liter barrels (one new, one seasoned oak). Produced only in great vintages.  De-stemmed, lightly crushed, fermented with ambient yeast in concrete for 2–3 weeks, then aged 15–18 months unfiltered. It's supple and refined—red berries, peony, wildflowers—with old-vine concentration and pomegranate/raspberry depth.

Antonio Galloni

"The as yet untitled other cuvée of the 2020 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain comes vines that are 92-year old. The nose clearly has more intensity and energy, whilst the palate is very intense with zesty red fruit and a slightly chalky finish. I was surprised by the tangible difference between this and the regular cuvée. Excellent."

Robert Parker

"The 2020 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain Cuvée Anthologie is excellent, unwinding in the glass with aromas of plums and sweet berry fruit mingled with hints of raw cocoa and warm spices. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it's vibrant—even primary—and tightly wound, with ripe tannins and tangy acids." —William Kelley
