This cuvée, a blend of three plots, is destemmed and fermented spontaneously, with no fining, filtration, or added sulfur—hard to believe given how pure and clean it is. Perfect with a Sunday roast chicken, a greasy Tuesday-night pizza slice, or on its own in front of the TV.
