One of the best values in non-vintage sparkling wine on the market today. 80% is from the 2023 vintage, known for balanced ripeness and acidity. Five percent comes from their perpetuelle reserve, currently made up of 2014–2022 vintages, with the rest from a blend of the last few years. All four French grape varieties are represented and felt on the palate—delicate Chardonnay, spicy Pinot Blanc, powerful Pinot Noir, and tart, cherry-pie-inflected Pinot Meunier. The house style of toasted pastry notes, with a core of acidity and a soft pillow of lees and fruit buffering its effects, followed by a vibrating granitic finish. Absolutely delicious.
