Collestefano’s Litrozzo is a playful liter of organically farmed Trebbiano from the hills of Marche. The family estate, long known for Verdicchio, makes this as a fresh local quaffer.

Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts, it’s crisp and lightly textured, perfect for casual meals. A joyful snapshot of central Italy’s everyday white.

100% Estate fruit. They have 15 hectares nestled in a cold and dry microclimate alongside the Esino River between the Appenine Mountains and the Adriatic.
Orientation
Vineyards at an average altitude of 420 meters.
Soil
Alluvial soil with limestone and chalk.
Viticulture
Manually harvested. They have been farming organically since 1995.
Vinification
Soft pressing and slow fermentation in stainless steel. No use of fining agents. No malolactic fermentation.
