Collestefano’s Litrozzo is a playful liter of organically farmed Verdicchio from the hills of Marche. The family estate makes this as a fresh local quaffer.

Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts, it’s crisp and lightly textured, perfect for casual meals. A joyful snapshot of central Italy’s everyday white.

More about Collestefano

Fabio Marchionni wrote his thesis on Verdicchio di Matelica, then spent a decade making wine in Germany learning about organic and biodynamic farming, before returning to Matelica to prove that his obsession made sense. Fourteen hectares at elevation on limestone and clay, farmed organically since day one, consistently earning top recognition from Gambero Rosso. The result tastes inevitable—probably Italy's greatest white wine value, if you can find it.
