"Refined and perfumed, the 2023 Sauvignon tempts the senses with hints of candied lime, sweet sage and green melon. It's soft and round with mineral depths to balance as tropical citrus tones slowly saturate. This leaves a spicy sensation and the cheeks puckered while tapering off with medium length. The 2023 lacks the punch of bigger vintages yet is more enjoyable for its pretty nature." -Eric Guido
