The reference Provence rosé from a Templar estate. Commanderie de Peyrassol traces its history to the 13th-century Knights Templar, and since the Austruy family took over in 2001 the property has been polished into one of Provence's most reliable rosé houses. Réserve des Templiers is the Côtes de Provence-classified expression - a notch above the regional La Croix tier - blending Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and a splash of Vermentino from higher-elevation parcels of clay and limestone. Night harvests preserve the freshness; stainless-steel rearing keeps the line clean. The result is the pale, focused, gastronomic Provence pink you reach for when the rosé needs to actually carry the meal.

Perfect Provence rosé from an 800-year legacy. The Commanderie de Peyrassol was founded by Knights Templar and has been making wine ever since. Today they craft a pale, dry, delightfully fresh rosé (55% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 10% Syrah, plus minorities of others) that tastes like a sea breeze and limestone. Eight centuries of practice and it still knows what it's doing.
