Peyrassol's everyday Mediterranean pink, all the polish and a wider canvas. La Croix sits one tier below the Réserve des Templiers in the Peyrassol lineup, working under the broader IGP Méditerranée appellation so the team can pull from the estate's Coudonnier-area vineyards plus a select group of partner growers. The blend leans on Cinsault for lift, fleshes out with Grenache and Syrah, and finishes with a dash of Caladoc for color and body. It's the Knights Templar property's case-purchase pink - the one you stack in the fridge for the long stretch from May through September. Pale, dry, focused, and built for repeat pours.

Perfect Provence rosé from an 800-year legacy. The Commanderie de Peyrassol was founded by Knights Templar and has been making wine ever since. Today they craft a pale, dry, delightfully fresh rosé (55% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 10% Syrah, plus minorities of others) that tastes like a sea breeze and limestone. Eight centuries of practice and it still knows what it's doing.

Perfect Pairings

Pour with grilled shrimp, ratatouille, pissaladière, tuna tartare, grilled sausages, or a goat-cheese and tomato salad. Ideal poolside, on the patio, or pre-dinner as an aperitif with olives and almonds.

Tasting Profile

Pale salmon-pink. Strawberry, watermelon, white peach, pink grapefruit, citrus zest, and a brush of garrigue herbs. Light-to-medium-bodied with crisp acidity, a dry, lightly textured mid-palate, and a fresh, easy-drinking, gulpable finish.
