Pale, refined Provence rosé from an estate where wine has been made for some 800 years. Château Peyrassol traces back to the Knights Templar, and the Cuvée des Commandeurs is a step up in elegance and complexity from its everyday bottlings. It's a light-colored, refined blend led by Grenache with Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre, plus a touch of Vermentino that lends a unique sense of refinement. The vines grow mostly in clay and limestone soils with a bit of schist, which keeps the fruit in check and amps up the savory mineral notes. Lithe, barely rosy in hue and bursting with elegance, this is a serious rosé that still drinks like summer in a glass.

Perfect Provence rosé from an 800-year legacy. The Commanderie de Peyrassol was founded by Knights Templar and has been making wine ever since. Today they craft a pale, dry, delightfully fresh rosé (55% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 10% Syrah, plus minorities of others) that tastes like a sea breeze and limestone. Eight centuries of practice and it still knows what it's doing.
