The texture is silky and fresh, but there is more substance and weight than the same wine in 2022. The grapes are from a half hectare along the main road into Morey below the band of premier crus. As is his custom, Jean-Marie has destemmed but added some of the stems back into the ferment to produce this delicious wine.
