“Les Morgeots” is one of Chassagne’s largest and most historic Premier Crus, and PYCM’s 2022 comes from old vines in its limestone-rich upper sections. The site brings power and depth, balanced by the estate’s restrained touch.

Organically farmed and hand-harvested, the wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged in large barrels with limited new oak. Bottled unfiltered, it’s a structured, mineral-driven white with serious aging potential.
