Venica & Venica’s Pinot Grigio Jesera comes from estate vineyards in Collio, including the namesake “Jesera” site, prized for its cool microclimate and ponca soils. The wine’s copper tint comes from brief skin contact—4 to 8 hours—highlighting texture and character.

Fermented mostly in stainless steel, with a small portion aged on lees in large oak barrels, Jesera balances freshness with subtle complexity. Certified organic and vinified with precision, it offers a distinctive take on Friulian Pinot Grigio.
