Dan Weber has been with Flatiron Wines & Spirits since the beginning — but his history with the team runs even further back. He cut his teeth alongside Jeff at Uva Wines in Williamsburg, learning early on what it meant to champion growers and terroir-driven bottles in a city that wasn't always paying attention.

Over more than 20 years in the trade, Dan has worked both sides of the business: behind the counter and on the import side, representing the growers themselves. That dual perspective shapes how he sells wine today. He knows what it takes to coax a great bottle out of a difficult vintage — and he knows how to read a customer well enough to put exactly that bottle in their hands.
