Crafted predominantly from Pinot Meunier, a hallmark of the Vallée de la Marne, this wine reflects the unique influence of Illite clay soils on its character. Farming is fully organic, and the winemaking process is gentle and transparent, emphasizing native yeast fermentations and aging in a mix of stainless steel and neutral oak.

Pascal Leclerc-Briant represents one of Champagne's most compelling stories of biodynamic innovation, and this 2019 Extra Brut Millésimé captures the essence of what makes this house so distinctive. While many Champagne producers have embraced organic practices in recent years, Leclerc-Briant has been a pioneer in biodynamic viticulture since the 1990s, treating their vineyards as living ecosystems rather than mere grape factories.
This vintage cuvée showcases the house's commitment to expressing pure terroir through minimal intervention. The blend reflects Leclerc-Briant's philosophy of working with traditional Champagne varieties to create wines that speak authentically of their origins. The extra brut dosage—just a whisper of added sugar—allows the natural character of the fruit and the mineral backbone of Champagne's chalky soils to shine through unmasked.
What sets this 2019 apart in Leclerc-Briant's portfolio is its representation of a specific vintage's character, rather than the house's non-vintage blends that form their foundation. It's a wine that embodies the producer's belief that great Champagne should reflect not just place, but time—capturing the unique conditions of a single growing season in the Champagne region's ever-changing climate.
LeClerc-Briant, Champagne Extra Brut, 2019 is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
F&R Minière is a small, family-run grower estate where Pinot Noir dominates and serious Champagne begins in the vineyard. Brothers Frédéric and Rodolphe Minière farm organically and craft wines that let the chalky, cool terroir speak without interference.
Their Cuvée Brut Zéro is a vivid expression of that philosophy—zero dosage, fully estate-grown, and made with meticulous attention to detail. Predominantly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a smaller portion of Chardonnay, the wine is vinified in neutral oak to build texture while preserving bright, natural acidity.
Expect aromas of crisp orchard fruit, lemon peel, and chalk dust, unfolding on a palate that’s taut, dry, and intensely mineral, with a long, clean finish. No sweetness, no excess—just pure Champagne energy and a profound sense of place.
This is a bottle for purists and food lovers alike—best served cold, with oysters, sashimi, or simple charcuterie.
F&R Miniere, Champagne Brut Zero, NV is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Fourth-generation vigneron Alexandre Lamblot is part of Champagne’s new wave of grower-producers—working biodynamically, fermenting with native yeasts, and crafting wines with intention and edge. “Mouvance” is his signature cuvée: a Brut Nature made from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils in the Montagne de Reims, fermented in oak and bottled with no dosage.
The 2021 base vintage gives the wine razor-sharp definition and a chalky, saline core. Aromatics lean toward citrus peel, green apple, and toasted hazelnut, while the palate is all energy and mineral drive. It’s vibrant, textural, and deeply expressive, with a dry finish that lingers on crushed stone and quiet complexity.
A Champagne for lovers of Extra Brut, grower fizz, or those drawn to wines that show farming first. Serve with oysters, tempura, or anything that calls for a spark of electricity. Mouvance doesn’t decorate—it reveals.
A. Lamblot, Champagne Mouvance Brut Nature [2021] , NV is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Huré Frères is a grower Champagne estate based in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims, known for their careful farming, long aging, and detailed blending. Their flagship cuvée, “L’Invitation”, is an Extra-Brut style that highlights balance and freshness, with just enough richness for depth.
The current bottling is based on the 2020 vintage, blended with reserve wines aged in a perpetual solera dating back to 1982. The cépage is typically close to 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Chardonnay, sourced from estate vineyards in and around Ludes and nearby villages.
Fermentation takes place in both stainless steel and neutral barrels, and the wine is aged on lees for around 24–30 months before disgorgement. The dosage is kept low (around 3–4 g/L, Extra Brut), preserving the wine’s clarity and mineral focus.
Expect aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, toast, and orchard fruit, with a fine mousse and chalky finish. It’s a versatile grower Champagne—refreshing on its own, but structured enough for food.
Hure Freres, Champagne Extra-Brut Reserve L'Invitation (2020 base), NV is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
The Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature NV is a highly regarded Champagne crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the south-facing slopes of Épernay and Chavot. Known for its pure expression, this wine is produced without dosage, highlighting its bright acidity and minerality. Aromas of lemon oil, white flowers, and crushed chalk dominate the nose, while the palate showcases crisp apple, pear, and almond notes with a taut, chalky texture. Fermented in both foudres and barrels with regular lees stirring, it presents a structured, elegant mousse and a long, saline finish
This Champagne is favored for its bone-dry, mineral-driven profile. The wine balances citrus and orchard fruits with subtle touches of brioche and almond, embodying the precision and finesse of Laherte Frères' winemaking. Its clean, thirst-quenching finish and zero dosage make it an ideal choice for those who enjoy dry, complex sparkling wines.
