The Hofberg's steep, south-facing slopes in the small Dhron side valley create ideal ripeness conditions that allow Kabinett's delicate, fruit-forward character to flourish. Harvested by hand with careful fruit selection, fermented with ambient yeast in traditional oak, this 2024 shows green apple, citrus, and white flowers with the soft sweetness and bright acidity that define Kabinett.
