Abadia da Cova's Volta blends Godello, Albarino, Treixadura, Branco Lexítimo, and Loureira from the steep granite terraces of Ribeira Sacra — each variety bringing something distinct. Godello leads with texture and structure, Albarino lends salinity and citrus drive, Treixadura adds stone fruit and a touch of glycerol weight, and a small dose of Loureira offers floral lift. The result is aromatic and layered: tropical and orchard fruits, white flowers, a current of mineral freshness, and bright acidity that keeps the whole thing dancing. One of the most expressive Galician whites at this price point.
