The Bleecker Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards located in Lodi that are sustainably farmed and planted in alluvial soils along the river. These dense soils offer excellent water retention which promotes green growth to bring fruit to optimal ripeness

Vinification

The grapes were whole cluster pressed to tank and cold settled overnight, then racked off the heavy solids to barrel. The juice was fermented with indigenous yeast to dryness. Malolactic fermentation was long and cool, also using indigenous flora

Aged for 15 months in French oak wih a small percentage ebing new.
