Cruz del Mar Fino from Bodegas César Florido is a coastal fino sherry made in Chipiona, just meters from the Atlantic. Sourced from estate Palomino vines in Balbaína and Miraflores, it’s fermented in cement, aged three years under flor, and bottled en rama—unfiltered for maximum expression.
This half-bottle delivers sharp saline focus with aromas of lemon zest, crusty bread, and chamomile. Bone-dry and vibrant, it’s a pure, sea-breeze-driven fino ideal with seafood or almonds.
