Domaine Camille Thiriet is a young micro-négociant based in Comblanchien, in the Côte de Nuits, founded in 2016 by Camille Thiriet and Matt Chittick. They specialize in small-batch, hands-off winemaking from carefully sourced fruit. Cuvée Confidentielle is a Bourgogne Chardonnay crafted in tiny quantities from select parcels, vinified with minimal intervention and gentle élevage.

Though technically “Bourgogne,” this bottling offers far more depth and finesse than most regional whites.
