Perfect Pairings

Serve on the rocks with an orange twist before dinner, with salumi, olives, Parmigiano and roasted nuts. In cocktails it's the backbone of a Manhattan, Negroni or Boulevardier, and it's rich enough to sip after dinner with dark chocolate.

Tasting Profile

Deep and layered: vanilla, dried fig, orange peel, cocoa and bittersweet herbs. Full-bodied and richly textured, sweet but held in check by genuine bitterness, with a long, warming finish.
