Catherine and Pierre Breton are legends of natural wine in the Loire, and “Trinch!” is their call to arms—or rather, their call to drink. Named after the onomatopoeia of clinking glasses, this 2023 Bourgueil is pure, fresh Cabernet Franc, fermented naturally and bottled young for maximum energy.

It’s full of crunchy red fruit—think raspberry, cranberry, red currant—with leafy green notes, a peppery snap, and just a hint of funk that says, yep, this is natty, but not messy. Light tannins and juicy acidity make it ultra-gluggable, especially with a light chill.
