Pollinator Vodka is infused with a secret blend of more than 15 botanicals, among them juniper, wormwood, sage, angelica, gentian, and orris root, sweetend with just a hint of raw honey.

Catskill Provisions uses wildflower honey from the apiaries she oversees in spirits like NY Honey Whiskey, its standout, and Pollinator Vodka, made from local corn and honey. The company is 100 percent women-owned and self-funded, with a tasting room in a converted firehouse in Callicoon. Spirits with soul, and a buzz for the bees.
