Xavier and Caroline Perromat transformed this family property when they arrived in 2012, implementing sustainable practices and gravity-fed winemaking that lets the terroir speak. Equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this Graves shows immediate appeal—a fragrant nose of bramble and fresh strawberry followed by a succulent, mineral-driven palate. Chalky tannins and refreshing acidity frame the wine's red berry character without heaviness. A wine that rewards drinking young but has the structure to age gracefully for another five to seven years.
