"The 2023 Arbois Poulsard was sourced from 0.5 hectares of vines planted in the lieu-dit of En Brut in 1988 on gray marl from Lias. The vines are cultivated without chemical herbicides or synthetic products. The soil is ploughed under the row, and natural grass cover is encouraged. Manual de-budding is performed to reduce yields and control fungal diseases. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates. It fermented destemmed and with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, where the wine matured for 10 months, aiming to preserve the freshness and fruit expression. Bottling is carried out without fining or filtration, using natural cork. This is pale, varietal, straightforward and very drinkable at 12% alcohol, with a medium-bodied palate and fine tannins." —Luis Gutiérrez
