Château du Cèdre is one of Cahors’ leading Malbec estates, practicing sustainable viticulture on ancient clay-limestone terroirs. Their 2022 Cèdre Heritage is a mid-tier cuvée sourced from mature vines, offering clear regional typicity. It captures the vintage’s balance between freshness and ripe structure.

The wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by aging in concrete and large neutral oak for texture. The result is a direct, mineral-driven Cahors that bridges rusticity and precision.
