Clos Cibonne’s Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes is made from old-vine Tibouren grown on clay-schist soils overlooking the sea. The 2011 vintage was aged under a natural yeast veil in 100-year-old foudres, a process unique to Cibonne. These conditions yield rosé with rare complexity and longevity.
This cuvée is only produced in top years from the estate’s oldest parcels. Structured, oxidative, and savory, it represents the pinnacle of ageworthy Provençal rosé.
