Culch is a New York vodka made from 100% New York State corn, proofed down with pristine Catskills spring water. Non-chill filtered and uncommonly smooth, it carries the spirit of the Billion Oyster Project—a portion of every bottle supports oyster reef restoration in New York Harbor. 'Culch' refers to the shells and stones upon which oysters build; this vodka builds community. Light and clean on the nose with subtle sweet corn and soft minerality, it glides across the palate with creamy corn sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish.
