Del Que Toma El Cardenal Espadin Mezcal represents traditional Oaxacan mezcal production—humble in origin, extraordinary in execution. The name translates to 'Of He Who Drinks the Cardinal'—poetic and grounded simultaneously. Espadin maguey, roasted in underground pit ovens and distilled in copper stills, yields the fruit-forward, mineral character. This unaged expression captures the pure essence of maguey and traditional production.
