Hirotake Ooka's Cornas vineyard produces Syrah that captures the appellation's signature depth and peppery intensity. This Japanese vigneron hand-harvests from steep hillside plots, fermenting with native yeasts to preserve terroir expression.

The wine reflects Cornas's granite soils through savory, dark fruit character. Ooka's biodiversity-focused viticulture adds complexity to this northern Rhône expression.
