Domaine de Panisse’s “Le Mas” is a classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape blend from old Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre vines rooted in galets and sandy soils. The family estate emphasizes careful vineyard work and low yields.

Fermented in concrete and aged in large foudres, it balances ripe southern fruit with earthy depth. A traditional Châteauneuf shaped by terroir and time.
