White wine from the wild heart of Corsica. The Courrèges family grows Vermentinu on the same decomposed granite hillsides that make their reds sing, then ages it in concrete eggs and demi-muids for texture without masking the terroir. Certified organic since 2019, this is Mediterranean white wine at its most elegant—floral aromatics, citrus, and a mineral-driven finish that recalls the island's rugged beauty. Perfect with fresh seafood. Corsican Vermentinu from organic granite hillsides. Aged in concrete eggs for texture. Floral, citrus, mineral-driven—the Mediterranean in a glass.

More about Domaine du Vaccelli

Corsica's Gérard Courrèges runs a 27-hectare farm using certified organic methods since 2019, pulling indigenous grape varieties from granite-based soils in Cognocoli-Monticchi. The estate was purchased after Algerian independence in the 1960s, when Courrèges' family fled Algeria seeking new land. These are wines that taste like an island—salty air, wild herbs, a hint of terroir most winemakers can't find or don't want to express. Not easy drinking, but absolutely real and rooted in place.
