This is the top of the Vocoret range — a genuine Chablis Grand Cru from Édouard and Eleni, whose low-intervention approach (wild yeasts, no new oak, long lees aging, minimal sulfur) lets the site speak without any makeup. Blanchot is the southernmost and most delicate of the seven Chablis grand crus, south-facing on thin clay over Kimmeridgian limestone, and it trades brawn for seduction: floral, perfumed, and elegant, with white flowers and citrus zest lifting over oyster-shell minerality. In a tiny, hard-won 2024 vintage, this is the most refined bottle in the lineup — powerful, yes, but built on lift and grace rather than muscle, with a chalk-lined finish that goes on and on.
