Patrick Jasmin, fourth-generation winemaker, fashions this 100% Syrah as a 'mini Côte Rôtie'—unfined and unfiltered. From vines planted in 1995 on 0.3 hectares, it opens with blackberry, blueberry, and kirsch beside hints of green olive and flint.
