Antonio Galloni

89 points

"Pale green-tinged yellow. Lovely lift to the perfumed aromas of lime and stone. Juicy, pure and strong, with a rich but dry flavor dominated by crushed stone. Uncompromisingly dry and long on the aftertaste. Strong juice. The Ramonets have a blend of older and younger vines here." —Stephen Tanzer

Robert Parker

91 points

"The 2005 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriotte bursts from the glass with a rich bouquet of pear, candied pineapple, ripe citrus fruits, fresh butter and cotton candy. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy, with an expansive attack, ripe acids and a saline finish. This is a ripe, generous wine that lacks a little tension, but it is nonetheless aging gracefully." —William Kelley
