Rémi Jobard is one of Meursault's most precise and mineral-focused producers, crafting whites that favor tension over richness in a village often known for opulence. Les Narvaux sits on the northern edge of Meursault at higher elevation, where limestone dominates and the wines develop a taut, almost saline character. The 2023 shows classic Jobard restraint: citrus, chalk, and a thread of salinity that pulls the wine long and lean through the finish. If you prefer your Meursault bracing rather than buttery, this is your producer.
