Bürklin-Wolf is one of the Pfalz's great historic estates and Germany's largest family-owned winery, working entirely biodynamically across some of the region's finest villages. This dry Riesling is the foundation of their range, a cuvee drawn from young-vine and declassified fruit across Wachenheim, Forst, Deidesheim and Ruppertsberg. It delivers the estate's hallmark precision and minerality at the most everyday level: crisp, dry, and refreshing. The 2024 is a bright, snappy young vintage. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or an all-purpose dinner white.
