They acquired their château from the Catholic Church in 1912 and converted to organic farming in 2000. This Nuits-Saint-Georges "Cuvée du Château" delivers the firm structure and dark-fruited intensity the appellation is known for, with the refinement of four centuries of accumulated wisdom. 430+ years of Burgundy heritage (est. 1596).
